The program is all about bringing Arab and Jewish entrepreneurs in Israel together.
Our leadership team is steering the organization towards social goals, especially focusing on groups that haven't had much representation, like minorities, women, and the ultra-Orthodox. The program is based on years of experience working closely with various entrepreneurial communities.
This program aims to bring together people from the Arab and Jewish communities in Israel, using technology and entrepreneurship. It's about building connections between men and women, helping them develop skills for success and expanding their business networks.
The global entrepreneurial network programs are a collaboration with various social and business organizations. Our leadership includes someone from the Arab community with a strong history in technology entrepreneurship.
Our network has a solid track record of excellence and commitment, bringing the necessary experience and energy to make this program successful.
The program spans about 9 days and involves 24 to 28 participants. They take part in workshops and hear from experts, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Toolbox for entrepreneurship
In the training, participants learn important skills for starting their own businesses. This includes understanding tech startups, being creative and coming up with ideas, knowing about intellectual property, getting customers, creating business plans, negotiating, marketing, presenting ideas, talking to potential investors or clients, and having basic financial knowledge.
Reducing conflicts
To build trust and respect, we talk and understand each other better. We explore the reasons behind conflicts and play roles together in and outside the classroom. Experts in the field guide us in this.
mentoring
The program has experienced guides, many of whom are friends in the association. It involves hands-on work and "knowledge values" that participants can continue using even after completing the program, as they enter the professional world.
